Terms and Conditions

48 hours notice is required for treatment cancellations.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee to cover salon costs.
Appointments that are re-scheduled at the time of the booking amendment , for a period within two weeks of the original booking won’t be charged.
A second re-schedule of this appointment will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking.
A missed appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
